Panchkula, Dec. 16 -- Accessing or downloading First Information Reports (FIRs) from the Haryana police website has become difficult due to persistent technical glitches reported since July. Users complain of repeated CAPTCHA checks, mandatory one-time password (OTP)-based logins and a restriction allowing access to only two FIRs per mobile number. In several cases, only one FIR appears on the screen, with no option to select others, after which access is blocked. The citizen feedback section is also reportedly non-functional.
