India, April 8 -- The Chandigarh administration may have floundered on the door-to-door delivery of essential commodities to its residents during the four days of curfew but UT adviser Manoj Kumar Parida was certainly delivering on managing the coronavirus crisis on social media. He was not only answering phone calls from all and sundry besides the media, but was also unusually active on Twitter, making announcements and sharing videos. Though polite, he was trolled by angry netizens, awaiting the delivery of grocery. When shopkeepers wouldn't take calls on the numbers put out by the administration, Parida was called.
