Kharar, Oct. 15 -- St John's School (co-ed) organised an informative and engaging session on "Gut Health" for its students, aimed at promoting awareness about digestive wellness and the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The session was led by Mitali, a guest speaker and health expert, who addressed students on the role of gut health in overall well-being. She explained in a simple and interactive manner how a balanced gut can contribute to better immunity, mental clarity, energy levels, and emotional stability. Students learned about the importance of including fiber-rich foods, staying hydrated, and incorporating probiotics into their diets to maintain a healthy digestive system.
