Mohali, Oct. 24 -- The Goenkan scouts and guides proudly participated in the Rajya Puraskar Hiking and Trekking Camp held at the State Training Centre, Tara Devi, Shimla, from October 15 to 17, 2025. The three-day camp featured a range of adventure activities, including wall climbing, trekking, strength training and bonfire evenings, on the spot performances which fostered courage, discipline, and teamwork among participants. The scouts and guides also took part in the flag hoisting ceremony and the scarf-tying ritual, symbolising pride and unity. The camp concluded with the award of certificates to all participants for their commendable spirit and participation. The experience instilled in every Goenkan Scout a sense of responsibility, adventure, and leadership - true to the motto "Be Prepared."...
