India, Oct. 30 -- Former Gujarat chief minister Keshubhai Patel, who played a pivotal role in strengthening the BJP in the state, died in Ahmedabad on Thursday after prolonged illness, his family said. Patel (92), who recovered from Covid-19 recently, was rushed to a hospital in Ahmedabad on Thursday following health complications.
