NOIDA, March 14 -- In a landmark ruling, the Allahabad high court has stepped in to protect the interests of 4,638 homebuyers caught in the limbo of 14 long-delayed real estate projects by Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL), directing the UP government and the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority to seize control, complete, and deliver the projects.
