Chandigarh, Nov. 22 -- UT chief secretary H Rajesh Prasad has assigned the charge of secretary excise and taxation to finance secretary Diprava Lakra, in addition to his duties, relieving IAS officer Mohamed Mansoor L of the charge. In addition to his own duties, deputy commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav has been given the charge of commissioner excise and taxation, relieving Hari Kallikkat of the charge.
