Chandigarh, April 21 -- AKSIPS-45 celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm by organising a unique and meaningful event titled "Eco Ramp Walk - Waste to Wealth Fair." The programme aimed to spread awareness about environmental conservation and encourage the creative use of recyclable materials. Parents and students participated wholeheartedly in this special activity. Children, accompanied by their parents, walked confidently on the ramp dressed in attractive costumes made from waste materials such as old newspapers, used clothes, cardboard boxes, shopping bags, and other recyclable items. Each child spoke a few lines about their outfit and explained how recycling and reusing materials can help protect the environment. The event highlighted the importance of reducing waste and inspired everyone to adopt eco-friendly habits in daily life.
