Discrepancies in BFUHS results: 65% of failed MBBS students pass after paper re-checking
Patiala, April 4 -- Concerns have been raised regarding the MBBS examination's re-evaluation and re-checking procedures at Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS). "We ordered a special evaluation of all students who had failed in one subject. The answer sheets were re-evaluated by two independent examiners, and it was found that the majority of students had passed as the empanelled examiner had marked strictly," he said. Dr Sood said an inquiry had been marked against the examiner concerned, who has been debarred till the completion of the probe....
