Decommissioned INS warship to make way for artificial reef
Mumbai, Feb. 20 -- In a bid to promote adventure tourism in Maharashtra, the state tourism department is set to acquire decommissioned naval warship INS Guldar, which will be sunk near the Nivati Rocks, off Vengurla coast in Sindhudurg district to create an artificial reef. This will be India's first artificial reef and aims to be used as a scuba diving destination, people aware of the matter said....
