CHANDIGARH, June 12 -- The Punjab government's June 6 notification to change the criteria for admission into MBBS (bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery) and BDS (bachelor of dental surgery) courses just a day after the declaration of the NEET (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) has created confusion among the aspirants who want to avail of 85% state quota.
