Panchkula, March 18 -- Students of DC Model Sr. Sec. School, Sector-7 brought great pride to the school and their parents by delivering an outstanding performance at the 38th annual Vasant Utsav held at town park, Panchkula, organised by the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (PMDA). Despite the pressure of final examinations, the students participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity and talent in various competitions. Their remarkable performances helped them secure top positions across multiple events, making it a memorable day for the school. The winning tally began with the rangoli making competition where Ankita, Mishthi, Rashi, Prapti, Tanishka, Kashish, Inayat, Tejasvi, Aasvi, Vaibhavi, Kulsum, Arshia, secured first position across senior, junior and open categories. Continuing the success, Manvik and Trisha won first position in the junior environmental quiz, whereas Aditya Jindal and Disha secured second position in the senior category. The students also reflected creativity in the tattoo making competition, where Supriya secured first position in senior category and Shivanya secured second position in the junior category. In the face painting competition, Shumailla and Aarav impressed the judges by securing first position from senior and junior categories respectively. Whereas, Pratyaksh clinched second position in the open category. In the painting competition, Khushi and Nayra bagged third position.
