Chandigarh, Feb. 5 -- After a foggy Tuesday, residents enjoyed clear and sunny conditions on Wednesday with the maximum temperature climbing to 22.1degC, about a degree above normal. India MeteorologicalDepartment (IMD) officials said similar conditions are likely to continue over the next fewdays. At 22.1degC, this was the season's second highest day temperature so far. Earlier on January 22, the maximum temperature had gone up to 26.3degC. The minimum temperature meanwhile dropped from 9.8degC on Tuesday to 7.4degC on Wednesday, 1.4 degrees below normal. Over the next three days, the maximum temperature will remain between 21degC and 22degC while the minimum will remain around 7degC and 8degC....
