Chandigarh, Nov. 7 -- At the 27th Haryana State Canoeing Games 2025 being played at the Sukhna Lake, Jhajjar maintained its impressive form by clinching two gold medals, while Sonepat secured one gold in the men's category. In the K1 women's 1000m event, Jhajjar paddlers struck gold with a timing of 4:573 from lane number 4. Gurugram followed with a silver medal (5:367), while Jind claimed the bronze (5:558). Karnal finished fourth with a timing of 6:124. Continuing their dominance, Jhajjar also won the K2 women's 1000m event, again from lane number 4, clocking 4:573. Gurugram took silver, Jind secured bronze, and Karnal stood fourth.
