Panchkula, April 28 -- Demonstrating exceptional environmental awareness, critical thinking, and team spirit, students of DAV Model School, Sector 8, Panchkula brought laurels to the school by securing Second Prize in the prestigious Tricity Inter-School Quiz Competition organised on the occasion of Earth Day at KB Senior Secondary School, Sector 7, Chandigarh. The quiz competition, titled "Environmento Fabio Quiz - Series 5," focused on pressing environmental concerns, sustainability practices and global ecological challenges, encouraging students to reflect on their role as responsible citizens of the planet. Under the able guidance and mentorship of Prerna Talwar and Jyotsana Bakshi, the talented team comprising Arindam Dey (Class 9-C), Sanvi Sharma (Class 9-A) and Wamika Sehgal (Class 9-B) displayed outstanding knowledge, sharp analytical skills, excellent teamwork and remarkable presence of mind throughout the competition.
