Panchkula, Aug. 15 -- On going week long celebration of Independence Day in accordance with the CBSE guidelines, DAV-8 is all enthused. The Har Ghar Tiranga, with unmatched patriotic fervour and enthusiasm, witnessed a vibrant display of creativity across the campus. A spirited Tiranga Rally with students of Classes 7 and 8 marched around the school premises through the nearby market waving the national flag with pride. The air was filled with patriotic slogans, creating an atmosphere of unity and pride. Teachers Jyotsana, Nidhi Vig, Sangeeta, and Prerna accompanied and encouraged them in the motivating presence of principal Ritu Dilbagi, who inspired the young nationals for expressing their love for the country. Classes 3 to 8 participated in a Poster Making activity conducted by Balroop, bringing a colourful coat to the institution showcasing creativity infused with love for the motherland. The school children also actively took part in an online quiz and proudly bagged certificates. Kyra of Class 10 recited stirring verses composed by Prerna Talwar, touching every heart's present. The unique initiatives filled the air with fragrance of unity and pride. The unique initiatives Selfie with Tiranga theme brought tremendous results.
