The academy was informally inaugurated on April 18 (Saturday) at Dikshant International School, Derabassi, by Vishal Sharma, as Rohit Sharma remains engaged with his commitments during the ongoing Indian Premier League season.
Speaking on the occasion, Dikshit said, "At Dikshant, we believe in creating meaningful pathways for the young talent. Alongside this academy, we are also developing a dedicated sports hostel and will actively undertake talent scouting across Punjab.
