Jalandhar, Nov. 10 -- Guru Nanak Foundation Global School organised a highly informative and practical Life Saving Session on CPR training under the guidance of Lt Col (Dr) Ravikant Nair, anesthesiologist and intensivist from the Military Hospital, Jalandhar. The session aimed to equip students and staff with essential life-saving skills and create awareness about the importance of timely medical intervention during emergencies. Dr Nair demonstrated CPR techniques and explained how a few minutes of correct action can save a precious life. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Nair emphasised, "Every second counts when a life is at risk. Knowing CPR empowers you to be the difference between life and death."
