Court clears son in father's murder case
New Delhi, Nov. 20 -- Delhi court has discharged a 36-year-old man, Luv, from a murder charge after police arrested him earlier this year for allegedly killing his father, Ramesh Bhardwaj, 67, in Narela. Investigators arrested one Vishal, who police claimed said that he and his father Jitendra were asked by Luv to kill the victim because he intended to leave his property to his daughters. The court said the case rested only on motive and lacked "any admissible credible or sustainable evidence" against Luv. Charges were framed against other accused. HTC...
