Chandigarh, May 25 -- City councillor Saurabh Joshi, who is also the chairman of the Smart Parking Project Committee of the Chandigarh municipal corporation, has initiated a city-wide campaign to involve colleges, universities and institutions in reimagining the city's parking infrastructure.
