Srinagar, Sept. 14 -- A conman impersonating as NIA official was arrested by police Ganderbal district. Police termed the conman as notorious who in the past had been portraying as a high-ranking government officer. The arrested person has been identified as Ilyas Hameed Bhat, of Wakura, Ganderbal. Police said a case has been registered against Bhat and during investigation it was found that the accused impersonated as deputy SP, NIA, administrator, Kashmir University, besides an officer in the Enforcement Directorate. "The accused duped many people and took money from them. Multiple identity cards were recovered from him," the police said, adding that he was also promising jobs to people....
