Chandigarh, Dec. 12 -- Kendriya Vidyalaya 3BRD organised an enriching career counseling session on November 7, 2025 for senior students in the school library in collaboration with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The session aimed to guide students about career prospects in the field of corporate law and governance. Koina Gupta, a dynamic and results-driven company secretary, along with her team, addressed the gathering. She shared valuable insights into corporate governance, legal compliance, regulatory frameworks, and the role of company secretaries in the corporate sector. Her professional experience with Innova Captab Limited and Jaspreet Dhawan & Associates inspired students to explore this evolving career path. The session was coordinated by Amanpreet, PGT Commerce.
