Mohali, Jan. 5 -- Police have registered a case after a car was stolen from a society in Zirakpur following a complaint by Tejinder Singh, a local resident. The incident took place on the night of December 30 when unknown men allegedly targeted the parked vehicle and fled from the spot. According to the complaint, Tejinder Singh stated that his car, bearing registration number CH01AM3302, was parked in the locality area when the theft occurred. CCTV footage from the locality shows unknown men arriving in another car breaking the side mirror of the parked vehicle, and then fleeing with it. The vehicle owner noticed the car missing and approached the police after reviewing the CCTV footage, which confirmed the sequence of events. Police initiated an investigation into the matter.
