Ludhiana, Oct. 17 -- BVM, Sec-39 observed Global Hand Washing Day with great enthusiasm and awareness. The day aimed to highlight the importance of maintaining hand hygiene to prevent diseases and promote overall health. A series of activities were organised for different classes. Students of Classes 1 & 2 participated in wash and play activities such as rhymes, sketches, and sound-based hygiene games. Classes 3 to 5 made creative bingo cards on handwashing, while classes 6 to 8 wrote essays and created posters emphasising the significance of clean hands. Senior students (9 to 11) prepared and presented innovative ideas and experiments related to hygiene and sanitation. Principal, Upasna Modgil, emphasised the importance of the event by saying, "Clean hands save lives."
