BVM Group of Schools conducts inter-branch panel discussion
Ludhiana, Nov. 13 -- BVM Group of Schools took an initiative to organise an inter-branch panel discussion and sharing of creative approaches on the theme - "Empowering Communicators & Developing the Four Core Skills in English Classrooms at BVM, Sec-39. The day commenced with the Deep Prajwalan Ceremony, by the school principal alongwith vice- principal symbolising enlightenment and the pursuit of knowledge. Principal, Upasna Modgil extended a warm welcome to all participating teachers, setting an inspiring tone for an engaging and intellectually stimulating session.The program comprised three dynamic rounds - Panel Discussion, PowerPoint Presentation, and Fluency Fiesta, each designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, and classroom innovation. A total of 31 English subject teachers from all branches of BVM ( USN, Kitchlu Nagar, Sec-39 & Dugri ) participated.
The Panel Discussion was moderated by Manjula Sharma (HOD, USN) and featured insightful contributions from panelists - Gurjit Kaur, Kanika Manchanda, Rasdeep Kaur, Ritu Anand, Anuradha Jaggi, Smarty Malhan, Shameena Paul, Jyoti Sharma, Anita Sharma, Kusum Dawar, Sarabjeet Kaur and Gurkeerat Kaur. The discussion highlighted practical strategies for developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, emphasising communicative, student-centered, and experiential learning techniques.
The PowerPoint Presentation Round showcased innovative classroom practices by Gurjit Kaur , Nidhi Paul , Neetu Sehgal, Palak Sharma, Renu Bala, Jyoti Sharma, Kusum Dawar and Gurkeerat Kaur.
