Blue Bird High School celebrates Labour Day
Panchkula, May 2 -- Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, celebrated Labour Day to thank and appreciate the staff which provide their help in running the institute. Students showed their gratitude by presenting gifts to them, acknowledging their dedication and hard work.
A special assembly was arranged and songs were sung. Students of Classes 1 and 2 dressed on the theme "people who help us" and presented the task they perform.
Games and activities were arranged, bringing together students and the working staff in a spirit of camaraderie and appreciation. They were invited for lunch in the hall. A new set of school uniform was handed over to the helping staff members.
The principal, Vandna, opined that such events aim to instil in students the values of respect, gratitude, and empathy towards the unsung heroes who contribute to our daily lives. She further added that she is proud of the students for recognising the efforts of these staff members and for promoting a culture of appreciation and kindness in the school community....
