Dugri, June 9 -- BCM School, Basant Avenue, conducted a five-day summer boot camp for future leaders from June 2 to June 6, engaging a group of students in a carefully designed programme aimed at developing leadership, creativity, communication, and social responsibility. The camp commenced with zumba sessions to boost focus and positivity. Students engaged in activities such as brainstorming project ideas, TED Talks, and communication skills development led by Parvit Bahl. Preetjot Kaur from LPU enlightened them with insights on the role of artificial intelligence in modern education. A session on ethical leadership by Prabhsimran Kaur inspired students to reflect on values and vision through the "If I Were a Leader." activity. The participants also practised yoga and visualisation techniques, took part in ongoing discussions on ethical leadership, and presented creative book reviews. They explored mindfulness through sculpting with Ganesh and enhanced their teamwork through challenges facilitated by Shivani Sharma. The camp concluded with a project showcase and a meal party. Students also visited 'Manukhta Di Sewa - Sab Ton Vaddi Sewa', where they witnessed the profound impact of selfless service and embraced the true essence of serving humanity.
