Ludhiana, Sept. 15 -- BCM Foundation Schools have donated Rs.8.19 to the Flood Relief Fund to aid the victims of the recent devastating floods in Punjab. This contribution came not from an external fundraiser but from within the very heart of the institutions - its staff - who made the conscious decision to forego this year's Teachers' Day celebrations and instead channel their resources towards helping those in dire need. The cheque was formally handed over to Deputy Commissioner Himanshu Jain by Suresh Munjal (Trustee, BCM Foundation) and Rama Munjal, in the presence of Prem Kumar (Executive Director, BCM Foundation) and esteemed principals DP Guleria (BCM School, Sector 32), Vandna Shahi (BCM School, Dugri), Monica Dua ( BCM College of Eduaction ), Nidhi Jain (BCM School, Basant City and Neeru Kaura (BCM School, Focal Point).
