BCM Dugri students showcase scientific curiosity at event
Ludhiana, March 18 -- BCM Dugri students showcased innovation, scientific curiosity and temperament, and ideas during the INSPIRE-MANAK Scheme launched by the department of science and technology, Government of India. Their projects addressed environmental and technological challenges, reflecting the school's commitment to creativity, sustainability, and research-driven learning. Adding to the legacy of excellence, Daksh Vij (Class 7) and Ekam Pahwa (Class 6) emerged as INSPIRE winners, each receiving a cash prize of Rs.10,000 for their contributions. Daksh's project, "Biofuel formation from microalgae," presented a renewable energy solution, while Ekam's "Aerial seeding drone" offered an approach to combating deforestation. Their inventive ideas highlighted the impact of perseverance and ingenuity in building a brighter future. Principal Vandna Shahi expressed pride in the students' achievements. She stated that the school has always aimed to nurture students with problem-solving skills. She emphasised that the students demonstrated how creativity, determination and right mentorship can lead to solutions that benefit the society.
