Chandigarh, May 5 -- The inter-house cricket tournament 2025 was successfully held at Banyan Tree School on April 17, 21, and 22, bringing together students from Classes 1 to 12 in an exciting display of skill, strategy, and sportsmanship. The tournament was a much-awaited event in the school calendar, aimed at fostering team spirit, discipline, and healthy competition among the students. The matches were conducted in three groups based on class categories: On April 17: Classes 1 to 4, on April 21: Classes 5 to 8 and on April 22: Classes 9 to 12. The tournament progressed through knock-out rounds, culminating in a grand finale in each group. The winners of the tournament were - from Classes 1 to 5 (boys): Akansha House defeated Prerna House in a gripping match. In Classes 6 to 8 (boys): Akansha House once again emerged victorious over Prerna House. Classes 9 to 12 (boys): Prema House triumphed over Abhilasha House in a fiercely contested game. Classes 2 to 12 (girls): Prema House clinched the title, defeating Abhilasha House in a competitive final.
