Banyan Tree School celebrates founder's day with reverence
Chandigarh, Nov. 10 -- Banyan Tree School celebrated its Founder's Day to honour the legacy of Kulwant Rai, whose ideals continue to inspire generations.
The celebration began with the chanting of the Sai Mantra by the school choir, followed by the lamp lighting and floral tribute to the founder by the director, staff, and students. The event titled "From Vision to Legacy" captured the life and journey of Kulwant Rai, presented by the head boy and head girl.
The atmosphere was filled with devotion as the choir rendered soulful Sai Bhajans. The director extended gratitude, reflecting upon the founder's vision and the school's commitment to nurturing compassionate and enlightened learners.
Students also participated in an elocution competition, "The Eternal Flame of Inspiration," showcasing how Kulwant Rai's teachings continue to guide their path. The mesmerising Kathak performance, "Vidya Aradhana," by the dance troupe added a cultural vibrance to the morning.
The formal assembly concluded with a Vote of Thanks and the National Anthem. Post the assembly, the school opened its doors for an exciting array of exhibitions - "Art Beyond Brushes" in the Junior Wing, featuring creative artwork made using innovative techniques....
