Chandigarh, May 16 -- It seems 24/7 water supply in the city will stay a pipe dream, especially when water woes have begun in various sectors of the city, with residents complaining about decline in water pressure, just like in summer of 2018.

Among the worst affected areas are Sectors 21, 36, 8, 33, 26, and 22, where the water pressure is as low as 5 pounds, an inadequate figure for first and second floors, which ideally need around 8 pounds and 10 pounds of pressure, respectively.
