Nakodar, Nov. 24 -- A sports festival was organised at Tagore Model School, Shankar, (Nakodar). The event featured the prize distribution ceremonies for the weekly inter-house sports competitions and the athletics events for students from Nursery to Class Eighth. A joint march past was presented by the students of Tagore Model School, Heran and Tagore Model School, Shankar, adding grandeur to the occasion. Students also showcased vibrant cultural performances including giddha, bhangra, drama, and choreography. Kewal Singh Takhar and Ram Sharma graced the event as chief guests. Ram Sharma also provided refreshments for the students.
