Jammu/ Srinagar, April 13 -- The annual pilgrimage to the holy cave shrine of Amarnath in south Kashmir will commence on July 3 and conclude after 57 days on August 28 on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha said on Sunday. He said the Pratham Puja, to invoke the blessings of Lord Shiva, will be held on June 29.
