Kharar, Nov. 11 -- The students of AKSIPS - 125 gathered to celebrate Guru Nanak Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, the founder of Sikhism and the first of the ten Sikh gurus. The special morning assembly was organised to spread the divine message of peace, love and equality that Guru preached throughout his life. The assembly began with a soulful prayer and Shabad, invoking the blessings of the Almighty. The students presented meaningful thoughts and speeches highlighting the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev. They also recited poems and shared incidents from Guru's life. Branch head Jagjit Sekhon emphasised the importance of following the path of faith, kindness and humility in our daily lives....
