Dehradun, May 19 -- A junior resident doctor at AIIMS Rishikesh has been booked for allegedly distributing sweets at the hospital on April 23, a day after the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 people, police said on Sunday. Senior sub inspector Vinod Kumar of Rishikesh Police said that a complaint was received by Vishwa Hindu Parishad Rishikesh president Rajendra Pandey saying that the "doctor distributed sweets to celebrate the heinous killings of tourists" and "hurt the sentiments of people".
