Chandigarh, May 11 -- After locking horns with Haryana over the release of extra water from Bhakra Dam, chief minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday ordered the release of additional water to Rajasthan for catering to the needs of the military deployed in the state. Mann said that the Rajasthan government had sought more water from Punjab's quota for the military deployed at its border.
