Sangrur, Dec. 18 -- AAP emerged victorious in Sangrur and Barnala districts. Out of 18 zila parishad zones of Sangrur, the AAP secured 15, Congress two while one went to an independent. Of 162 panchayat samiti zones of Sangrur, 113 went to AAP, 22 to Congress, 11 to SAD and 16 to independents. In Dhuri, represented by CM Bhagwant Mann, AAP was leading on 17 block samiti zones. In Lehra, AAP was ahead with 12 block samiti zones, followed by independents (2) and SAD (1). In Dirba, AAP was comfortably ahead with 15 block samiti zones, followed by SAD (2) and independent (1). In Sunam, AAP lead with nine zones. In Barnala zila parishad, out of 10 zones, eight went to AAP and two to SAD. In panchayat samitis AAP bagged 41 seats, SAD 13, Congress seven....
