The event witnessed the gracious presence of distinguished personalities from the armed forces, civil administration, and law enforcement, adding immense honour and value to the occasion. The event was presided over by chief guest General Ved Prakash Malik, PVSM, AVSM, former chief of the Army Staff, an iconic leader known for his exemplary service and strategic leadership during pivotal moments in India's military history. Accompanying him was his esteemed spouse, Ranjana Malik, former president, AWWA, celebrated for her impressive social outreach and welfare initiatives for Army families.
