India, Nov. 22 -- Composer-filmmaker Palaash Muchhal and cricketer Smriti Mandhana's wedding rumours have been doing the rounds for some time now. Putting a stamp on the buzz on Friday, first Smriti put up a video on Instagram flaunting her engagement ring, and soon after Palaash shared a Reel of the dreamy proposal. Making their special moment a myriad of their respective professional fields - films and cricket - Palaash took a blindfolded Smriti to Mumbai's DY Patil cricket stadium, where he went down one knee under the floodlights. Notably, the stadium is where the Indian Women's cricket team scripted history by winning the World Cup earlier this month. The couple was joined by Palaash's sister, singer Palak Mucchal and a few of their friends, who could be seen dancing on the pitch after Palaash popped the question.
