Panchkula, April 29 -- Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula successfully hosted the 9th edition of its prestigious ModelUnited Nations Conference - BVP MUN'26, held from 24 April to 26 April 2026. Centered around the theme 'Empathy', the conference brought together over 450 students and teachers from Panchkula, Chandigarh, and neighbouring cities, transforming the campus into a vibrant hub of global discourse, collaboration, and intellectual exchange. The inauguration ceremony commenced with the timeless thoughts of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, setting a reflective and purposeful tone for the event. Delegates were encouraged to engage in meaningful dialogue, fearless expression and thoughtful deliberation. The esteemed chief guest, Arshinder Singh Chawla, director general of the state (vigilance and anti-Corruption bureau), Haryana Police, addressed the gathering and inspired participants to lead with integrity, responsibility, and sensitivity, focused on quality over quantity and discipline in life keeps one ahead of others.
