Panchkula, Jan. 13 -- It's been three days since Lieutenant General Kulwant Singh Mann (retd), 83, was killed in a hit-and-run incident near his residence in Sector 4, Mansa Devi Complex (MDC), Panchkula, but police are still groping in the dark for leads. As per information, the stretch where the mishap took place lacks closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera surveillance, and hence cops are struggling to zero in on the offending vehicle. When contacted, MDC station house officer (SHO) inspector Virender Singh accepted that there has been no breakthrough but assured that teams are on job to trace the accused.
