Dehradun, March 24 -- Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party-led government in the state has fulfilled over 70% of promises the party made ahead of the assembly elections in the three years since it came to power in 2022.
