Rupnagar, Jan. 6 -- As many as 3,808 migratory and residents birds belonging to 57 species were found at the Rupnagar wetland during a census conducted by the wildlife department in collaboration with Chandigarh bird club, Nangal-based NGO 'Jagriti Santha' and other bird watchers on Sunday. During the census, the maximum number of Ruddy Shelduck were found in the wetland at 795 followed by 631 Red Crested Pochard and 598 Bar Headed Goose....
