Chandigarh, Dec. 21 -- Over 23.3 lakh parents attended the fourth mega parent-teacher meeting (PTM) and parents' workshops organised at government schools across the state by the Punjab school education department. School education minister Harjot Singh Bains presided over the PTM at Government Senior Secondary School (Girls), Anandpur Sahib, while AAP Punjab in-charge Manish Sisodia attended it at Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Paddi Sura Singh, Hoshiarpur. AAP MLAs, school education secretary Anindita Mitra, SCERT director Kiran Sharma, deputy commissioners and other senior officials of the education department visited over 7,500 schools.
