Chandigarh, March 20 -- A 23-year-old man, Uttam Singh, who works as a henna artist, was arrested for raping and impregnating a minor girl here on Tuesday. The pregnancy of the 12-year-old girl came to light when her parents took her to the hospital, from where the police were alerted of the same. The accused and victim are from Attawa village, Chandigarh.
