Mohali, April 27 -- Two separate assault incidents were reported in Zirakpur and Kharar, where individuals were attacked following disputes over a passage and parking. In Zirakpur, Amit Kumar, 42, and his father Mohan Singh were attacked with iron rods by Ram Kumar along with with 7-8 people, who entered their house, on April 20. Police said the incident started with an argument over a motorcycle and a cart blocking the way outside the house. Police have registered a case under Sections 115(2),(voluntarily causing hurt) 333, 190, 191(3) and 351(3) of the BNS. In a separate incident in Kharar, Vikram Singh, 33, a commission agent at Anaj Mandi, was injured on friday following a dispute over parking of machinery.Police said Prince Kumar, the accused attacked him with a sharp object.Police have registered a case under Sections 115(2), 126(2) and 351(3) of the BNS.
