Dehradun, Sept. 28 -- Dehradun police has arrested two accused in connection with a murder in Dalanwala area, a police officer said on Saturday. According to police, both arrested accused are brothers, who attacked the deceased with a sharp-edged weapon over an old rivalry. Afterwards, both fled from the spot but were arrested on Friday. The accused were identified as Nikhil, and Aman, residents of of Ambedkar Colony, DL Road, Dalanwala. Senior superintendent of police (SSP) Ajai Singh said, "On Friday evening, Dalanwala police station received information that two people attacked a youth with a sharp-edged weapon in Ambedkar Colony, DL Road, and seriously injured him. The victim was rushed by his family members to Doon Medical College and Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead." "Police reached the spot immediately, the deceased was identified as Shubham. It revealed that the family of the deceased had an old dispute with the family of Sukinder Singh, who lived in the neighbourhood. On Friday evening, Sukinder Singh's sons, Nikhil and Aman, called the deceased and attacked him with a sharp-edged weapon before fleeing...
