Chandigarh, July 25 -- A group of educationists and well-meaning citizens of the city announced an initiative on Thursday to impart awareness in society, especially among youth, about the need for greater empathy for others. Christened "I Think Of Others (I Too)", the new initiative aims at collaboration with schools, colleges and universities to spread the message that students must spend more time and effort on upliftment of those less fortunate. Vivek Atray, former IAS officer, said the new campaign will focus on aspects like teaching the uneducated, environmental awareness, helping the elderly and creating social awareness about harmful trends and tendencies. Atray said this initiative will be spread through various organisations, including schools, colleges and universities, NSS volunteers, Rotary Clubs, Vibrant Forum and literary forums like Novel Bunch....
