Chandigarh, July 16 -- : Haryana health minister Arti Singh Rao on Tuesday said that 785 medical facilities-including Primary Health Centres (PHCs), Community Health Centres (CHCs), Sub-Health Centres, and Civil Hospitals- across the state are slated for upgradation.
